Ingredients:
1 Cup rolled Oats
6-7 Medjool Dates (Pitted and soaked in warm water)
1/2 Cup Peanut butter
1/4 cup Shredded coconut
2 tbsp Chia seed ( optional)
2 tbsp Flax seed (optional)
Method:
- Place all ingredients except coconut into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
- I made it into two variation one with coconut and the other without. Added coconut at the end. Both taste good. Roll dough out into 1 inch balls.
- Store in an air tight container.
Notes:
- For more sweet you can add extra dates or honey.
- I prefer roasting oats for seconds before grinding, but can skip this step.
